Tournament Format
- 2-person Team Tournament:
- Practice round
- 1st round is alternate shot
- 2nd round is a scramble

Cancellation & Other Information:
- Deposit of $450 per person due to confirm space.
- Space is limited for this small group event; first come-first served.
- Final balance due on or before: December 19, 2025
- Trip operation & pricing based on a minimum of 12 players.
- Even though hotel check-in is 4 p.m. on Feb 19, please note the golf tee time is scheduled for 1 p.m. so please plan your arrivals accordingly.
- Tampa Airport-Resort-Tampa Airport transportation available upon request $55 per person, each direction
- The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled by the participant on or prior to final payment date of December 19, 2025. Unless the participant can find a substitute passenger, the total cost of the trip is NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled on or after December 20, 2025.
- Travel protection plans are highly recommended and available upon request.
- Cancellation protection plans covers cancellations with documented medical reasons involving the traveler, immediate family and/or travel companion.
